From "Great Harmony In The World" To "Community With A Shared Future For Mankind"

Since the establishment of the People's Republic of China,the political party diplomacy is not only an essential component of the overall diplomacy,but also an unreplaceable element of CPC's great cause,which plays a significant role in promoting national relationships.It's clear to see that with the change of international environment and the center of domestic work,the philosophy of political party diplomacy has undergone several changes.Before last 70 s,the first leader group who are also great communism believers,holding the concept of “Ethnicity”,engaged in vigorous world grand coalition of the proletariat,actively supported the world revolution,maintained the socialist camp;In the late 70 s,with the domestic work center changed,in the era of peace and development as the theme of the big background,the party and state leaders such as Deng Xiaoping thought national interests as the adjustment direction of political party diplomacy,united internationalism and patriotism together;Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,political party diplomacy is propelling the overall state diplomacy guided by the idea of "human destiny community",shouldering historical mission of peace for mankind.The party's diplomatic work reflects a more distinctive feature in new era.Although the philosophy is different in different period,the guidance throughout the main line is always the same,which is to correctly handle the dual nature of political party diplomacy,that is,the party interests and the country interests,the party relations and state relations.Only by taking care of these two relationships properly can we maximize the national interests,promote the national relations and achieve the highest ideals of the CPC,so as to make even greater contributions to all mankind.
