In this paper,the basic principles of criminal law as a research perspective,and as a guide,starting from the transformation of social governance policies to limit the role of the rule of law,guidance and legal analysis on legal policy of specific policies,the interactive relationship between the use of empirical research methods to verify the two,seek to explore the interactive relationship between policy and law,the rule of law,finally the combination of context in criminal law from the perspective of the interactive relationship between policy and law basic form.The content of this article is divided into six chapters:The first chapter defines basic concepts of the policy and law,analyses the connection and difference between the two,this policy change to social governance or rule of law society governance strategy,selection from the perspective of feasibility research,demonstrated the relationship between the adjustment object of criminal policy and the state power;the second chapter analyzes the necessity and advantages of the policy management system.Thinking with loopholes in the law,criminal law from the perspective of policy analysis to guide the path of the law;the third chapter on the basis of the policy analysis and reflection of the inherent defects of power by the method of background value,the principle of content to specific constraints and restrictions in flood;the fourth chapter in the criminal law in the sample choice of our separate criminal law,"Leniency"criminal policy in 2013,the judicial interpretation of criminal law by empirical analysis;the fifth chapter comparison of different combination of public law background The similarities and differences of the interaction between policy and law.At the end of the paper,we draw a conclusion that the interactive relationship between policy and law in the perspective of criminal law can be run.
