Since the United Kingdom joined the European Union in 1973,the strong emotion of Euroscepticism has been existing in domestic United Kingdom.On 23 rd,June,2016,the United Kingdom launched the referendum for Brexit.The result of the referendum was 49 to 51 announcing that the United Kingdom would separate from the European Union.In September,2017,there was still no substantial progress during the negotiation of the Brexit.The purpose of this article is to deeply analyze the reasons for Brexit and to discuss whether the international behavior of Brexit will affect the relation between China and the European Union,and to discuss the possible opportunities and challenges for Sino-EU relations after Brexit.This article introduces the history and current situation of Brexit and discusses the reasons for Brexit,1.The euroscepticism played an important role in Brexit.2.During the Brexit,anti-globalization should not be ignored.3.The new liberalism in the UK in its domestic political infiltration is the leading cause of the Brexit.Finally,this article discusses the impact of Brexit to British-EU relations and Sino-UK relations with the three factors.
