Study On The Ruling Security Thoughts Of The The Chinese Communist Party Since The Reform And Opening Up

In the past forty years of reform and opening up,great changes have taken place in China,which are manifested in the economic,social,cultural and political fields.In particular,our country's economic development level is in the forefront of the world,from the simple pursuit of the economic number to the pursuit of quality and efficiency,the various subjects of the whole society pay more attention to innovation driven development,the national competitiveness is increasing,the people's happiness is constantly improving.At the same time,with the open door to reform and opening up,people's communication behavior,communication mode,practice activities,cognitive activities and thinking activities have undergone profound changes,and the interests pattern has been adjusted,and many social problems and complicated social contradictions have emerged before.There are many unstable and disharmonious international and domestic factors that threaten the ruling security of the Communist Party of China.Therefore,the Communist Party of China,on the basis of inheriting the scientific theory of Marx's classical writers,based on its own ruling practice in the forty years of reform and opening up,sums up the experience of the party's ruling security construction,and defuses the various risks and challenges facing the party in power under the new situation,and puts forward the problem of the party's ruling security.Many new ideas,new understandings and new ideas have formed a systematic and unique idea of ruling security.The in-depth study of the party's ruling security thought since the reform and opening up has an important strategic significance for further promoting the party's ruling security construction,maintaining political stability,and further promoting the healthy development of the national economy and social harmony.The paper is divided into three parts:The first part discusses the reasons for the formation of the ruling security thought of the Communist Party of China since the reform and opening up from three aspects of the theoretical origin,the background and the practical basis,and try to analyze the thought more objectively.The second part is the main content of this article,and expounds the basic contents of the CPC's ruling security thought in different periods since the reform and opening up.Since the reform and opening up,it is divided into five periods: the early stage of reform and opening up,the turn of the century,the new stage of the new century and the new era,and summarized and expounded the ruling security thoughts of Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping respectively.The third part will focus on the present moment,emphasize the historical status of the CPC's ruling security thought since the reform and opening up,and analyze and summarize the realistic enlightenment of this thought to the current security construction of the government.
