It’s been 40 years since China’s reform and opening up.During that time,China has undergone tremendous changes.After implementing the reform and opening up policy,socialist marketing economy has been perfecting,social division of labor has been developing and the production relations have been optimizing.Therefore,the structure of Chinese social stratum has gone through enormous changes.Traditionally,it is claimed that the structure of social classes and strata were “Two classes and one Stratum” that were the working class,the peasant class and the intellectuals,which has been split up inside.The long-term fixed social status has been changed and circulated.With the changes between the working class and the peasant class,lots of other new classes have emerged.Naturally,the interests of different groups have been turned into the trend of diversification.People for different interests appear more complicated gradually.The division of China’s classes makes a greater difference in ruling the whole China.Meanwhile,making higher standards on deepening institutional reform.Ensuring that every class should be paid enough attention during the reforming process and coordinating the interests of different parties is in order to maintain their stabilizing force to make a well-off society.Social stratum differentiation puts a unprecedented challenge on the party’s ruling status.At present,facing the widening gap between the rich and the poor,conflicts of interest between different claues deepening as well as the complex situation between different ideological cultunes,it is high time for Chinese communists to persist and improve China’s economic system in which the public ownership serves as its main body.Develop economy vigorously in order to enhance the foundation of our party’sruling.Chinese Communist Party have to protect the rights and interests of thepeople,which guide the coordinated development of all sectors of society,strengthen the party’s class base and widen the mass base,consolidating the party’s ruling base constantly.At the same time,it is our primary task to undo the construction of thought and culture.Adhene to the dominant position of marxist ideology,try our best to improve the advanced culture while exploring the conflicts of values in read life.Which I believe strengthens the foundation of ruling in though and culture.Pursuing happiness for people and seeking the rejuvenation of China are our original target and task.Ouring the division of social classes,the party should not only encorage the working calss,the peasantry and the intellectualto play the leading role but also support other classes to devote themselves to the economic development.
