With the continuous enrichment and maturity of Internet public welfare practices,the improvement of donation laws,the continuous expansion of Internet donations,there is more and more participation of people in donations and increasing diversity of donation methods,and more number of public interest media platforms.The current media environment has undergone and there are tremendous changes compared to the past,and media platforms for carrying out charitable activities have also shifted.The social media environment combines the front-end advantages of the development of the Internet,constructs new communication channels for public-welfare communication on platforms and technologies,and innovates the ways and means of charitable donations.However,in the process of development,the public interest media platform also faces many challenges,such as the crisis of confidence and payment security.If users are disturbed by these problems during use,it will affect the satisfaction of the use of public media platforms.Therefore,how satisfied are users in the process of using charitable media platforms for public welfare donations? What factors will affect the satisfaction of the use of such public media platforms? How can we do to comply with the media use habits and values of users in the “Internet +” era,promote “find tips for public interest”,“hand in hand”,and “happy charity”,so that the public interest media platform becomes a better promoter and carrier for public welfare donations? These problems all affect the user's satisfaction with the use of the public media platform and further influence the user's donation behavior.Therefore,this study will mainly explore the factors that will influence the satisfaction of the use of the public media platform and the extent to which it will have an impact.At the same time,the author wants to understand the user's satisfaction with the used public media platform and improve the user.Satisfaction measures to promote users' charitable donations.In order to solve these problems,based on the theory of China's Customer Satisfaction Index,the author constructs a user satisfaction hypothesis model using public media platforms and proposes research hypotheses based on the literature.Afterwards,the author constructed the index system of each influencing factor by referring to the literature and experience,designed a questionnaire to conduct a pre-survey,and then used questionnaires to collect sample data in the form of an electronic questionnaire.Then,the author analyzes the sample data and shows that the data is tested for reliability and validity,and then descriptive statistical analysis is performed.Then,the structural equation model is used to fit and correct the hypothetical model and the sample data.Then the author then validates the model.As a result,the path effect coefficients of the theoretical model are analyzed.In the last part,the author summarized the conclusions and made some suggestions on how to improve the user satisfaction of the public media platform.The innovation of this research is to introduce the customer satisfaction index into public service dissemination,study the satisfaction index of the public media platform,and construct a theoretical model of the satisfaction of the public media platform,and points out the influencing factors affecting the user satisfaction of the public media platform.,and its path analysis.The conclusions of this study are:(1)There is a significant positive correlation between users' perceptions of public media platforms and satisfaction.This shows that the stronger the sense of value perceived by the user after using the non-profit media platform,the higher the user's satisfaction will be.(2)The correlation between user expectations and satisfaction of the public media platform is not obvious.(3)Perceived quality has a significant impact on perceived value.Perceived information quality has a significant impact on perceived social value;at the same time,perceived system quality has a significant impact on perceived self-worth;in addition,perceived service quality also has a significant impact on perceived self-worth(4)Perceived quality and satisfaction of users' public media platforms There is a significant correlation between them.This shows that the perceived quality of users using public media platforms can significantly affect user satisfaction.The quality of the perceived system with the greatest degree of influence is secondarily the quality of perceived information,and the impact of perceived service quality is minimal.(5)The influence of public media platform image and user satisfaction is not significant,but it will affect user perceived quality and user perceived value.There is no significant relationship between the image of public media platforms and user satisfaction.However,through research data,it is found that the public media platform image has a significant positive impact on perceived information quality and perceived system quality,perceived self-worth,and perceived social value.It can be seen that the public media platform image does not directly affect the use of satisfaction,but indirectly affects user satisfaction by affecting the user's perceived quality and perceived value.
