Research On Public Satisfaction Of Primary Public Security Organs In Jinjiang City Based On Customer Satisfaction Index

Public security organs are important government functional departments.It is vital to obtain public satisfaction with public security work in order to improve the quality of public security work and enhance the ability to serve the masses.At present,the public satisfaction evaluation of grass-roots public security organs is relatively lacking.With the scientific and efficient public governance in China,it is necessary for public security organs,as an important part of government public service,to establish a satisfaction evaluation system for public security work.Overseas research on customer satisfaction index is relatively mature,and it has been fully applied in the performance evaluation of public sector.However,the research on customer satisfaction evaluation system in China started relatively late,and less applied to the satisfaction evaluation of public sector.In recent years,Jinjiang Public Security Bureau continuously carries out the related satisfaction evaluation such as the public security sense test,and actively established the "People's Satisfaction Department ".These evaluations have promoted the diversification of the evaluation subjects,promoted the participation of the masses in the satisfaction rate evaluation,and improved the accuracy of the satisfaction rate evaluation.At present,Jinjiang is making every effort to organize the " World Middle School Games " and promote the construction of an international innovative quality city.It is urgent to improve public satisfaction of public security organs,so that the work of public security organs can serve the public better.In this study,the main research methods are questionnaire research,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,which are based on customer satisfaction theory and new public management theory.On the basis of Jinjiang Public Security Bureau's acceptance of comprehensive management three-rate evaluation,people's satisfaction unit evaluation,satisfaction evaluation and other practical evaluations,through the issuance of questionnaires,interviews with some personnel,to understand the public's expectations and satisfaction with public security work.The data collected in the survey are analyzed in depth by using statistical methods,and the evaluation of public satisfaction of Jinjiang public security organs is summarized.Based on the actual situation of Jinjiang,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve public satisfaction.
