Study On The Historical Evolution And Perfection Of The Judicial Responsibility System In China

From time immemorial there has been the judicial responsibility system.Especially since entering the modern society,in the process of building a fair and efficient and authoritative socialist judicial system,the judicial responsibility has gradually established three kinds of systems in our country:misjudged case accountability,the accountability of illegal handling of cases,and professional ethics responsibility.The establishment of these systems has their corresponding social backgrounds,and to some extent,they play a positive role in standardizing judicial acts,but they all have corresponding limitations and obstruction to implementation.This paper analyzes the above-mentioned three kinds of judicial responsibility systems,especially focuses on the topics of advantages and disadvantages of the systems.The writer of this paper summaries of the development and evolution of the system of judicial responsibility through comparative analysis the concept and value of the three kinds of judicial responsibility systems.Finally,the thesis tries to put forward the legal conception and the way to improve it with the reality,so as to prevent corruption,enhance the credibility of the judiciary,enhance the sense of responsibility,standardize the judicial act and ensure the quality of the judiciary.
