In September 2015,the break out of a mass demonstration which against the ethnic Chinese community in Malaysia means the under-controlled ethnic tension become more acute.At the same time,Malaysia is an important part of the “One Belt And One Road” which initiative by China and response by other countries,and its domestic dynamics have to be taken seriously.Due to the difference in the proportion of domestic population,economic status,religious culture,folk language and historical reasons,ethnic contradictions between Malaysia and Chinese are the most obvious and important part.In Malaysia which prevalence of party politics,its conflict that formed out through the struggle and compromise between Chinese association,Chinese parties and Malaysia parties,so the study of the participation of Chinese associations in Malaysia which contribute to grasp the state of existence of Malaysia politics.This paper chooses the Huntington's theory of political participation and integrated use of literature analysis,case analysis,analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and the interdisciplinary analysis method to study.This study is mainly from two aspects of history and theory,first introduces the research of the selected topic background,significance,research status at home and abroad,the basic theory and the core concepts,research ideas and research methods;second,from the period which before the establish of BarisanNational(BN),the period which from the establish of BN to the end of 20 century and the period of new century to show the political participation and its character of association,struggle and free in different period,and show the process of Malaysia Chinese community from Malaysia's political power center to the edge;then uses the Huntington's theory of political participation,the theory of ethnic relationship,assimilation theory and pluralism theory in ethnic sociology,ahp in international relations theory to describe its overall environment of political participation and the reason from the center to the edge of the paper.This paper argues that,under the modernization process of Malaysia,due to the need of political stability,the government must control the political participation of Malaysia,Malaysia and the political participation of the whole Chinese associations in Malaysia have presented a kind of from the power center to the edge of the trend,thus can be divided into system according to its characteristics of association,struggle with the free period,at the same time with Malaysia Chinese Association(MCA),Democration Action Party(DAP),United Chinese School Committees' Association of Malaysia(DONG ZONG)and The United Chinese School Teachers' Association Of Malaysia(UCSTAM)as representative's Chinese community and the party's political participation relative to the center of political power has a distinctive system association,struggle,and free characteristics.At the same time,ethnic conflicts,international relations,relations in southeast Asia and China-Malaysia relations have had an impact on the political participation of Malaysian Chinese communities.
