Research On The Political Guarantee Of Building A Moderately Prosperous Society In All Respects

The 16 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the goal of building a well-to-do society in an all-round way,and the 17 th National Congress puts forward new and higher requirements for building a well-off society in an all-round way,the 18 th National Congress further puts forward to building a moderately prosperous society in all respects as significant strategic goals.December 2014,President Xi Jinping,puts forward the "four comprehensive",which is Xi's strategic layout from the overall situation of upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is the overall strategy for the Party Central Committee to govern the country,and the realization of "two one hundred" goal,to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation "road map" of the Chinese dream.In the "four comprehensive" strategic layout,completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects is the "leading role" and has the overall status,while the comprehensively deepen reform,law-based governance in all fields and comprehensively strict governance of the Party are major strategic initiatives.The key to do a good job in China lies in the fact that the Party must be successful in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,inseparable from the leadership of the Party,insisting that the Party must govern the Party,must fully administer the Party strictly.Comprehensively and strictly managing the Party is the fundamental guarantee for building a moderately prosperous society.The overall well-off society is a highly legalized society.There are also many elements of the rule of law in its construction content.The governance of an overall well-off society must rely on the power of the rule of law to advance.Adhering to the principle of comprehensively advancing the rule of law is a rule of law guarantee for an all-round well-off society.Since the reforms are not thorough,not deep enough,and not comprehensive enough,this will seriously affect the realization of the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Only by comprehensively deepen reform can we resolve the institutional,institutional and institutional obstacles that affect the building of an overall well-to-do society.Based on these understandings,this paper closely focuses on the theme of building amoderately prosperous society in all respects and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions,in order to promote to build a moderately prosperous society goal into realization.The thesis is divided into five chapters.The introduction chapter mainly explains the research background and significance,the research review,the research content and methods,the difficulties and shortcomings.The second chapter is the foundation of the whole thesis.This chapter firstly elaborates the development,basic connotation and target requirement of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.The third chapter analyses the importance of build a moderately prosperous society in all respects and its relationship with the other "three comprehensive";a moderately prosperous society in all respects were analyzed as the role of the heads of the strategic objectives of the global,comprehensively deepen reform to provide a driving force,law-based governance in all fields as a guide and specification,full and rigorous governance over the Party as a fundamental guarantee.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the logical premise of the political guarantee of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects: that is,the direction of the Party's leadership guarantee;the Party's mass line to ensure the people's foundation,and the rule of law to provide the basis for the rule of law.But in practice,there are still learning theory and the leadership of the Party is weakening.The practice of the Party's mass line is not in-depth and comprehensive governing Party and the rule of law basis is not strong.Based on building a moderately prosperous society in all respects the political guarantee existing problems,the fifth chapter probes into the learning from theory as theoretical basis,strengthening the leadership of the Party leadership foundation,practicing the Party's mass line as the foundation,and insisting on governing the country according to law in an all-round way as the basis for the rule of law,and above as four suggestions.
