Research Of HTP Model On E-Government Information Security Assurance System

With the rapid development of Internet technology and the change of the traditional mode of government management,e-government has been further promoted and become the need of the development of the times.E-government involves the protection of the state secret information and the high sensitivity of the core government information,the maintenance of public order and the accurate implementation of the administrative supervision and management,as well as the quality assurance of the public service for the society.If the lack of security of e-government information system in these aspects,will bring serious harm to national security and social stability.At present,the e-government information security system in our country is still relatively chaotic,the lack of a national level of the overall strategy,reflected in the organization and management of E-government security is inadequate,security law and policy implementation and supervision is not enough,the research efforts safety standards and norms,lack of security technology and products made in China the implementation of information security is insufficient,inadequate personnel training,the construction of information security evaluation is not enough,so this several aspects has not formed the whole force.Therefore,the construction of e-government information security system is related to the development of national politics,economy,national defense,and the national information industry.In this paper,through literature review found there is a big risk security of e-government information in China,based on HTP model,and tries to from the angle of public administration in western developed countries for reference and analysis of e-government information security system,through human management,technology and products,process and framework,combined with the system of control analysis of the construction of E-government security system problems in principle and information security technology management theory,from the aspects of information security laws and regulations guarantee system,information security system,security management organization information security technology system are analyzed,and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
