The market that carries the auto-regulation function has reached a consensus in the academic community on the role of adjustment of resource allocation and economic efficiency.Since the beginning of the 1990 s,the reform and opening up,the degree of marketization of Chinese national economy has been continuously improved, the market's position in the national economy has become more and more important, and economic development has presented a diversified trend.Because of the innate deficiencies in the development of Chinese commodity economy, and now shifting from a planned economic system to a market economy, the function of the market's "invisible hand" cannot be brought into play. The imperfections in market mechanisms, the imperfections in the market system, and the chaos in the market order have caused some producers and operators to not only use, cater to,and guide consumers' immaturity and improper consumer desires to seek their own interests;even use fraudulent counterfeiting and other unfair means to maximize personal benefits. All kinds of unfair competition have seriously threatened the order of fair competition and Chinese economic security. What is more,it has seriously affected fair international trade. For this reason,it is urgent for the state to use national laws to regulate and eliminate this behavior and establish a fair and reasonable international trade environment for competition. In order to solve this problem,China passed the “Anti-Unfair Competition Law” on September 2,1993.The "Competition Law" was implemented on December 1,1993.The purpose of this bill is to protect the healthy development of the socialist market economy, encourage and protect fair competition, and curb unfair competition. This article attempts to start with the “Anti-Unfair Competition Law” and explore its influences on international trade. The significance of this article is to be able to more clearly understand the impact of market competition on the development of foreign trade, and help to better formulate policies, promote markets and increased competition.Based on this, this paper attempts to use the regional per capita export volume, population size, average money wage, total social fixed asset investment, urban unemployment rate, foreign tourism foreign exchange revenue, economic growth rate, passenger turnover and infrastructure in each province from 1987 to 2014.The horizontal data uses the Deference-in-Deference method to perform time-span regression and sub-regional regression to quantitatively analyze the possible impact of anti-unfair competition law on regional export volume. The research framework of this paper is as follows: The first part of the thesis is an introduction, which mainly elaborates the problems of the specific research in this paper, and explores the significance of the research from the perspective of theory and practice. On this basis, the research methods used in this paper are introduced, and the research is important.Difficulties and innovations point out the inadequacies of this article. The second part is the literature review, which mainly introduces the theory of international trade and discusses the impact of unfair competition on regional exports from domestic and foreign perspectives. The three parts are mainly theoretical hypotheses and empirical models.Analysing the degree of market competition is the endogenous variable affecting international trade and the emergence of the system;the fourth part mainly introduces the content and characteristics of the DID model used in this paper;the fifth part is about the empirical results. The analysis is carried out;the sixth part is conclusions and policy recommendations;the last is the lack of research in this paper and the direction of future research. This study shows that the implementation of the “Anti-Unfair Competition Law” promotes export volume in the region. At the same time, the impact of the bill will only appear after a certain period of time. After the introduction of control variables, the impact of the implementation of the bill on regional exports will be affected.Up to 50% or more.In order to trace the origins, the essence of the “Anti-Unfair Competition Law” to promote economic growth lies in curbing unfair competition behavior.Only in this way can we truly increase the degree of market competition, maintain fair competition, and promote economic freedom,so that each region will conduct its own comparative advantage.Production and business activities to improve regional economic efficiency. This article attempts to break through the existing literature from the following points: First, the current study on the “Anti-Unfair Competition Law” focuses on the background of the implementation of the bill, the revision of measures and related legal research, and the lack of economics of the bill.In this sense, this paper makes up for the research on the impact of the Anti-Unfair Competition Act on regional exports, and explores whether the degree of market competition will affect regional exports from the perspective of specific bills;Difference-in-Difference was introduced into the analysis of the impact of the Anti-Unfair Competition Act on regional exports. This paper uses the double-difference method to separate the policy effect from the overall effect,so that it can explore in more detail, making the empirical results more credible and stable.Third, through the study of this paper,we find that the degree of market competition and the economy There is a close relationship between development. An effective and correct system is conducive to promoting the degree of market competition and thus promoting economic development. This paper analyzes the impact of the Anti-Unfair Competition Act on regional exports and analyzes the The bill affects specific aspects of regional exports and provides references for future policy development.Although this article has conducted a quantitative analysis of the impact of the Anti-Unfair Competition Act on regional exports, there are still some shortcomings.First, export data from various provinces and industries can be used to introduce the most relevant impact variables in various industries.In-depth research;Second,in future research,it is expected to form a mature theoretical framework for policy research. In addition, the channel and the microcosmic mechanism of this promotion effect are also worthy of follow-up research.
