With the development of information technology, the Internet applications represented by We-Chat and Alipay have brought a large amount of conveniences to human life and consumption. In the meantime,it have also brought many challenges to senior citizen about how to learn and master such tools. In order to guide the aged to actively integrate into this modern society, the elderly service organizations have established various types of elderly learning groups. However, their effects are uneven. How the social workers can effectively operate such elder learning groups is one of the topics that senior social workers need to explore in depth. This article is based on the action research of two types of We-Chat groups-----the We-chat group of “Wu le Sunset” in institution endowment, the group of“We-chat Helping the Sunset Red” in home-based endowment, and then explore the motivation factors of the elderly service team through comparing the dynamic factors of the two We-Chat study groups and the reasons for the differences in group development.Research shows that the elements of the group are closely linked, affect and restrict each other.Among them, the characteristics of the group members determine the nature of the group;the operational ability of the group host influence the development of the group, the changes of the membership, and even the success or failure of the group. These studies have found that Xu Xisen's group dynamics and process models have been validated on the one hand;on the other hand, they have provided many inspirations for the effective implementation of the elderly service group. For example, group host need to adopt different coping styles according to the nature of the group. The effective functioning of the moderator's ability to operate needs not only to consider the characteristics and needs of the group members, but also to take the characteristics and behavioral features of the old-age members' relationships at different stages of the group into account.
