In China's "13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Old-Age Development and Old-Age Support System" issued in 2017,the development of elderly education is placed at the forefront of enriching the spiritual and cultural life of the elderly,and it is proposed to expand the development path for elderly education and strengthen elderly education support services,building community learning sites for the elderly.As an effective force to promote the development of old-age education,community elder education is characterized by its convenience,flexibility and openness.More and more elderly people are involved,making it the most important form of elder education at present.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to pay attention to the educational needs of the elderly from the perspective of the community and to explore effective ways to meet the education needs of the elderly in the community.The community-based elderly education is conducive to the establishment of a systematic community network,which is one of the important means to achieve universal education for the elderly.The use of group work methods to carry out community education activities is flexible and efficient,while the development of the group work is based on the development space of the team members.Through the formation of consensus among the members,the common group goals are established and the group motivation is formed to encourage and support the group.Methods to stimulate the learning potential of members.This article selects eight elderly people from the LM community to serve as the service targets.From the development model,5 smart machine learning group activities are carried out.The use of interviews,scales and other methods to assess the needs of community education for young people in the young ages,combined with the values of social work and active ageing theory,targeted development of group activities.Through analyzing the author's intelligent machine learning group for the elderly conducted during the internship of the LM community,the authors studied the effect of the development team to meet the different levels of education needs of young people in the community,and discussed how the development group assisted the elderly to learn new knowledge and acquire new skills.Improve the applicability and limitations of self-confidence in learning new things,and provide operable experience for group work to meet the educational needs of the elderly.
