Research On Internet Financial Fraud Crimes

Since 2012,internet finance has been continuously innovating and developing in China,and the industry has been ushered in an upsurge.However,due to the immature market and the gap of supervision in some certain degrees,the internet finance is faced with some questions that disorderly and brutal growth in the process of development.It even breeds many illegal crimes,the most prominent ones are the multiple occurrences of internet financial fraud crimes.As for the condition,this article conducts research begins with an analysis of the status quo of internet financial fraud crimes,and strives to put forward feasible prevention and control countermeasures in practice.This article is mainly divided into five major parts:Part one:An analysis of the concepts of internet finance and internet financial fraud crimes.This article defines the concept of internet financial fraud crimes based on the concept of internet finance,and after defining the concept of internet financial fraud crimes,it serves as the logical starting point for follow-up research.Part two: Types of internet financial fraud crimes.In this section,the article classifies the types of internet finance,and in each type of internet finance,combines the fraud techniques that often practiced in practice to sort out the common types of internet financial fraud crimes.Part three: The characteristics of internet financial fraud crimes.This paper extracts 200 cases of internet financial fraud crimes from China Judgments Online.Through the input and analysis of cases data,to summarizes the characteristics of internet financial fraud crimes.Part four: An analysis of the causes of internet financial fraud crimes.In view of the causes of internet financial fraud crimes,this article mainly discusses social environmental factors,legal factors and victims' victimization factors,and pave the way for future prevention and control measures.Part five: The prevention and control countermeasures of internet financial fraud crimes.In this section,this article discusses five aspects that regulate the development of the internet finance industry,improve the internet financial legal system,improve the internet financial administrative supervision system,increase penalties for internet financial fraud crimes,and establish an internet financial consumer protection system,to propose targeted countermeasures.
