Internet Financial Fraud Crime Research

In recent years,the rapid development of Internet technology has greatly promoted financial innovation,and also unleashed its huge productivity in various fields of social life.China’s economy is developing rapidly,Internet technology is making qualitative breakthroughs,the scale of Internet users is expanding year by year,the Internet industry and the financial industry are gradually integrated,the emergence of this innovative form of Internet finance.With the emergence of Internet financial products,Internet finance plays an increasingly important role in the whole financial system.For enterprises,due to the adjustment of banking financial policies,it is difficult for most private enterprises and small and micro enterprises to get financial support through traditional financing channels,which highlights the advantages of Internet finance.For individuals,affected by the new crown pneumonia epidemic,Internet finance is more closely connected with People’s Daily life,online consumption mode occupies a dominant position,and our shopping needs can be satisfied without leaving home,which not only brings great convenience to our lives,but also helps the epidemic to be effectively controlled.However,we cannot ignore the risks of Internet finance.Internet financial fraud is the combination of financial fraud and network products under the new situation.Big data shows that the amount involved in Internet financial fraud is increasing and the criminal means are becoming more and more diverse.The crime shows the characteristics of intelligent subject,high-tech tool,virtualized method and serious consequences.Therefore,to ensure financial security and explore a sound financial environment,we must comprehensively strengthen the supervision of Internet finance.This paper mainly discusses how to perfect the legislation and practice of Internet finance through the combination of empirical research and comparative research.This paper first introduces the concept and types of Internet financial fraud crime,and then analyzes the current situation and deficiencies of the legislation of Internet financial fraud crime.Next,it studies the advanced legislation and supervision concepts of Britain and the United States,and proposes corresponding countermeasures to improve the current development situation in China.
