The Study Of Administrative Adjudication Procedures For Land Title Disputes

In recent years,the position of land title has been getting more signification and the frequency of exchange of land title has been getting faster.The disputes caused by land title has diversified and increased in quantity.Our government is promoting the solutions to disputes diversification.Among those solutions,administrative adjudication will become one of the most significant parts of diversified disputes settlement mechanism in the future due to its advantages.While,since China has no unified and perfect procedure of administrative adjudication,on which scholars have different opinions and the procedure relies too much on the discretion of the executive authorities,the administrative adjudication for land title disputes has been badly affected that can not make the effect we expected.Consequently,it is necessary to invest its present situation,analyse the problems it has and find out the reasons so as to find a feasible measure to make the the procedure of administrative adjudication for land title disputes perfect and practicable.So,it is meaningful for both theory and practice to study the administrative adjudication for land title disputes.
