Research On Judicial Public Service Of Ordos City Court Under The Background Of Informationization

In the process of building a "service-oriented government",the public service system established by the government can not meet the people's demand for the public service of the judiciary.The demand for service in this respect needs the lead point of the judiciary to develop and improve it.Therefore,the people's court is further expanded within the framework of the existing law in China.It is necessary to provide the content and way of judicial public service to make up for the deficiency of the government public service platform and serve the people's livelihood.From the angle of practice,this paper,taking the construction of the court information as the breakthrough point,carries out a case study on the judicial public service provided by the Ordos City Court.On the basis of clarifying the concept of "judicial public service",the contents,effects and shortcomings of the measures to serve the people's livelihood in the information construction of the Ordos City Court in recent years are made.This paper analyzes the objectives of the people's court to provide the objective design of the judicial public service and the countermeasures to the deep level,and discusses the feasible path of the people's court to provide the judicial public service for thesociety,and provides an empirical reference for the exploration and research of the reform of the public service system in China.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction and the related concepts and theoretical basis.It mainly introduces the research background and significance,the literature review at home and abroad,the judicial public service and the new public service.The second part introduces the current situation and problems of judicial public service in Ordos City under the background of informatization.The third part is the analysis of the reasons for the present situation and problems of the judicial public service in the Ordos City Court under the information background,and enumerates six reasons from the perspective of the main objective.The fourth part introduces the successful experience of judicial public service construction both at home and abroad.The fifth part is some countermeasures and suggestions on the judicial public service of the Ordos City Court under the information background,including three aspects: renewing ideas,perfecting the construction of service platform,mechanism guarantee and material guarantee.
