An Empirical Study On Obtaining The Right Of Using Homested In Pastoral Areas

One of the key and difficult problems in the current land management is homestead management.The first is the increasing number of new housing areas in the pastoral area.Second,there is no shortage of housing land transfer mechanism,which leads to a serious waste of land for construction.In the first part,the right to use the homestead and the way to get it and its concept are written.The second part analyzes the problems and reasons of the right to use the homestead in the pastoral area,and the third part puts forward some measures to improve the way of obtaining the right to use the homestead.On the basis of three parts of analyzing the means of pastoral homestead obtained right pastoral,current situation and problems in the management of the foundation,to strengthen the regulation of land use,we must adhere to pastoral land collective ownership as the premise,to the masses of peasants and herdsmen clearly know who is pastoral homestead property rights,the right to use the security area land type of diversification and the rich pastoral Homestead Land use rights,to further improve the construction of city and rural land circulation unified market.Clarifying the practical significance of the study of the right to use the homestead in pastoral area,through sorting out the evolution process of the method ofobtaining the right to use the homestead in the pastoral area of China,we find out the main problems existing in the pastoral area homestead system.To solve the problem,we put forward some suggestions from aspects of law and system,such as improving management,using and transferring,and the reform ideas and solutions of the right to use homestead in pastoral area.
