| From 1953 to 1956,China carried out three major transformations of socialism.Among them,the transformation of capitalist industry and commerce has played a decisive role in the entire transformation.Its completion has led to the elimination of the private ownership system in China and has embarked on the road to socialism,which has also brought about major changes in the social nature and social structure of our country.Nowadays,China is undergoing a reform of the overall economic system.How to deal with the relationship between the publicly owned economy and the non-public ownership economy,the relationship between the market and the government,and how to treat China’s entrepreneurs in the new era correctly are issues that our country currently faces.Studying the transformation of capitalist industry and commerce by the Communist Party of China during the early years after the founding of the People’s Republic of China has provided guidance and reference for China’s current economic development.The full text will be discussed from the following four parts.The first part mainly discusses the historical background and conditions for the party’s transformation of capitalist industry and commerce during the early years of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.The historical background includes the smooth development of the “Five Great Movements” and the successful completion of the national economic recovery;the coexistence of various economic components,the existence of a large number of national bourgeoisie,and the exploitation system.Need to be eliminated.The historical conditions of the transformation include the important guarantees for the superstructure and the strength of the state-owned economy;Three years of practical experience and Soviet helpThe second part discusses the reasons and process of transformation.The transformation of the party’s capitalist industry and commerce is the only way for the transition from a new democratic society to a socialist society;it is a necessary condition for the transition from a traditional agricultural society to a modern industrial society;it is an important way to eliminate polarization and increase production.In the process of transforming capitalist industry and commerce,China used the form of state capitalism to transition from primary to intermediate to advanced.The third part mainly evaluates the transformation,including the achievements and the biases and mistakes in the transformation process.Achievements mainly include the elimination of private ownership,the establishment of a socialist system,the liberation of productive forces,and the increase of industrial output;the use of original talents and the preservation of production technology and management experience.The regrets left are mainly because reforms are too fast,too crude and too simple.The ownership structure is too single and affects the national economy and people’s livelihood.The phenomenon of “big pot rice” is serious and has stopped production enthusiasm;improper use of former capitalists has affected the development of enterprises.The fourth part is based on historical analysis,through the analysis of the successes and failures of the previous reforms,and focuses on the implications of the reforms for our economic system reform.This article studies the Party’s transformation of capitalist industry and commerce at the initial stage of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.On the one hand,it affirms its positive significance.On the other hand,it also sees the deviations in the methods and processes of transformation,and takes history as a mirror.This is an overall deepening reform of the economic system in China.Building an overall well-to-do society provides important inspiration. |
