Research On Anti-corruption In The Party' Construction Of The Non-public Enterprises

The 18 th CPC National Congress puts forward that we must unswervingly encourage,support and guide the non-public economy's development.To ensure that all economic sectors can equally use the production factors according to the law,fairly compete in the market,and equally protected by the law.The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC National Congress further suggest that the public economy and the non-public economy both are the important component of the socialist market economy.The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC National Congress launched a series of measures to help the non-public enterprises to expand market and develop.In the Two Sessions held in 2016,XI Jinping delievered an important speech in the Democratic National Construction Association and the Federation of Industry-linked group.He emphasized the “two unwavering” and proposed a “three no change”.The central government puts forward to make efforts to increase the non-public economic organizations,social organizations of party building,and comprehensively promote grassroots party building,to expand the work of party organizations and party coverage,make fully use to promote the development,serve the people,unite people,promote harmony,and other grassroots' development.Non-public economic organizations do a good job of corruption prevention work,not only to strengthen the non-public economic organizations' Party building work itself,but also to the healthy development of non-public economy,and also related to the ruling foundation and ruling position of the ruling party.Ningbo is the economic center of Zhejiang Province,has a sustained and rapid development of non-public economy.Select Ningbo City as a case study,sum up experience and lessons,provide theoretical and practical reference for the non-public enterprises' anti-corruption.This paper uses literature,questionnaire survey,comparative studies and other methods to do a comprehensive anti-corruption exploration.The study is divided into five parts.The first part is an introduction to explore the topics of the background and significance of anti-corruption non-public enterprises research,research,methods,and innovations.The second part of Ningbo non-public party building work situation analysis,discusses the practice Ningbo non-public enterprises and the basic situation of non-public enterprises party building.The third part is the situation in Ningbo private enterprises in the construction of anti-corruption,from the basic situation of non-public business practitioners,the basic situation of non-public enterprises,enterprise anti-corruption related to the evaluation of the policy environment related evaluation four dimensions are analyzed.The fourth part discusses the issues and reasons for non-public enterprises in Ningbo City,anti-corruption work,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the non-public enterprises and improve anti-corruption work.The last part is the conclusion part,summarize the specific content of the study on the future development of non-public party building anti-corruption research is discussed.
