Research On The United Front Regulatory Framework In China

As the broadest political alliance with the theme of great national union and grand coalition,the United Front has always played an important role in China.The comprehensive strategy of ruling the country has set new requirements for the improvement of the legal system of the united front.The legal system of the United Front in China is composed of two parts: the National Legal System and the Inner-Party Law system.Because of the flexibility of the United Front Policy,it is indispensable for the inner-party law system to guidance and regulate the United Front,which,also play an important role in practice.On the basis of the concept definition and significance analysis of the United Front System,the thesis focuses on the current status of the United Front regulative framework in China.the author analyzes the problems of the United Front System in China which includes four main aspects.First,the legal system is not sound;Second,the legislation is not balanced in the adjustment object and the legal validity;Third,the design of the programming is not satisfied;Fourth,the operability is not strong.Then,it elaborated the situations and ways in which the National Legal System and the Inner-Party Law system of the United Front needed to be connected and coordinated.according to the existing problems,four specific suggestions are given: first,the author suggests that we should improve the legislative plan of the United Front legal system,which,bring the national legislation of the United Front into the annual legislative plan of the National People's Congress,and further improve the legislative plan of the inner-party united front;second,it is supposed to improve the United Front legal system,which includes the richness of the provisions of the United Front,establishment of the basic laws of the United Front,improvement of regulations in the field of religion,and optimization of the system of inner-party rules and regulations in the United Front;third,the strengthening of the program design of the United Front legal system is suggested,which are composed of the improvement of two procedure ——formulation,participation;fourth,the improvement of the operability of the United Front legal system,which,standardize the power of the main body,increase the number of the legal consequences regulation,and clarify the time limits.
