Grass-roots organizations are the foundation of all the party's work and fighting capacity.Rural grass-roots party organization is the foundation of the party in the countryside,is the implementation of the policy,and also is the core of the rural development.With the development of the times,the party's construction theory and practice have been constantly enriched and innovated based on the main problems.Since the reform and opening,the rural grass-roots party organizations have made achievements in promoting the villagers get rich,keeping links with the masses,improving its construction.It is important for the rural grass-roots party organizations to improve the cohesion and combat effectiveness and build a harmonious prosperous countryside.Based on the CCP leaders' party construction ideology,combined with the practical situation of the village,we try to grasp the rural grass-roots party organizations the natural state and the real state.Through investigation,interview methods,combining what we see and hear,we obtain the basic situation of the rural grass-roots party organization and the village.In the line of confirming the achievement,finding the problem,combined with life in the countryside,we further summarize the party's achievements in leading new rural construction and improve the own construction,as well as the party's weakness of its own thought construction,organization construction,style of work construction,the system construction combat corruption and uphold integrity construction,By the combination of internal and external way,we find the change of social external environment is the external cause of the problem of the grass-roots party organization.The failure to adapt to the new changes,ideological shortcomings and the lack in action are the internal causes and the main reasons.Finally,from the system construction,improving fighting capacity and enhancing the rural cohesion,combining the characteristic system and the actual situation,we puts forward some targeted and specific suggestions.
