Research On The Legal Regulation Of Network Violence

Along with the progress of science and technology and the development of Internet technology,in recent years,people are increasingly dependent on network whether work or life scientists will penetrated into all aspects of life of Internet technology,Internet has brought all kinds of convenience to our life,but all sorts of trouble and distress network violence followed as a new term,was more and more people raise continuously someone suffering from network violence,has called for by the government and the society against the network violence,however,network violence has a development trend of more and more fierce.Admittedly,cyber violence requires a combination of legal,moral and scientific technology.As the main method of regulating network violence,the law bears an important mission in the process of resisting Internet violence.This paper focuses on how to regulate network violence from the perspective of law.Full text is divided into three parts: the first part is the definition of related concepts and theoretical basis,the author respectively,the concept of network violence at home and abroad were reviewed and the definition,the characteristics of network violence are expounded.The second part analyzes the current situation of regulation of network violence in our country,mainly from the legislative and judicial two aspects were analyzed,and finally points out the problems existing in the regulation of network violence in our country.The third part is some Suggestions on the regulation of network violence in China,which realizes the regulation network violence with the best interests through the combination of legislative and judicial aspects.The last chapter is the conclusion.
