Since entering the industrial age,the global economy has developed rapidly, which brought a large number of greenhouse gas emissions and made the global warming problem serious. In order to curb global warming, all countries in the world have made concerted efforts to eventually form the carbon emission reduction mechanism centered on the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Kyoto Protocol. In this context,in order to coordinate the development of economy and environment, countries have begun to implement low-carbon economic policy, and carbon label legal system also came into being. We must see the role of carbon labels, but also to see the abuse of its drawbacks. With the progress of the rule of law in our country, the mechanism of carbon emission reduction in our country is constantly developing both in theory and practice.Great progress has been made in the aspects of theory extension and practice improvement.Relatively speaking, the history of China's carbon emission reduction mechanism is still relatively short.Due to their own inherent shortcomings and specific environmental constraints,China currently does not exist the government recognized carbon labeling system. Therefore,in the new situation, the study of carbon labeling system in our country has a long way to go.Based on the combination of theory and practice, this paper analyzes different aspects of the carbon labeling system through different analysis methods. At the same time,it puts forward some suggestions on how to deal with the carbon labeling system in line with China's national conditions. It is hoped that this will provide useful reference for our country to actively cope with the global warming and the challenges of the international community.
