A Study On The Legal System Of Green Consumption In Guizhou Province

Therefore, from an academic perspective, "green" is an important new topic. For this article, the author chooses "green" development of a small-angle- "green consumption" for research. Green consumption to promote the healthy development of the market economy, meet the needs of human survival and social development. Therefore, cognition of green consumption,promoting green consumption norms are not mature enough and sound, green perfection of the legal system faces many difficulties.First, the lack of a sound legal system of green consumption in Guizhou province; Second, the lack of a system of green tax law system of Guizhou province; Third, the lack of sound legal system of green certification, Guizhou province; Finally, lackof green of the rights and interests of consumers of legal system of Guizhou province.The existence of these problems are hampering the development of green consumption, and therefore must be effectively resolved. Needs based on ecological civilization construction in Guizhou province has developed a series of local laws and regulations on green consumption, but with perhaps a vein of upper method passing, more or less common in China’s green consumption in Guizhou province, is reflected in the construction of ecological civilization. Therefore, will improve this issue, research on legal system of green consumption in Guizhou province there is a direction and ideas.
