On The Tegistration System Of Civil Action

Based on ?On the opinions of the people's court about filing registration system reform? approved by the leading group of Central comprehensively deepen reform in the 11 th meeting on April 1st,2015,the article analyzes deeply the current situation of our country civil case registration system and the problems in the future,since the ?opinions? came into effect on May 1st,2015.Through field investigation of F court,I analyze the influence on civil case registration since the filing registration system came into effect and I analyze objectively the nature of the current filing registration system,namely before the Corresponding reform about the relevant legislation,system,the Filing system of our country is still a form of registration system,in nature,it is case-filing review system.There is a large gap between filing registration system of our country and the real formal examination filing registration system.According to these,the article combs and researches the related provisions on civil litigation filing system of civil law system and common law system,extracts useful experience to our civil litigation filing system reform,promotes the modification and perfection of legislation of civil action.The article discusses civil litigation filing system which is suitable for Chinese situation and has the theoretical basis emphatically to perfect our country's legislation and promote the process of judicial reform in China.
