Research On The Jurisdiction Of Online Transaction Disputes

With the rapid development of technology,the traditional forms of transactions are far from satisfying people's consumption needs.Network transactions have emerged as the times require,and have gradually grown into the main force of the Internet economy.Judging the ownership of jurisdiction over online transaction disputes is undoubtedly the prerequisite for resolving disputes.The Internet property of the Internet economy makes the network transaction jurisdiction form a fierce attack on the concept of traditional jurisdiction.In order to ensure the orderly development of China's network economy,it is even more important to resolve the issue of jurisdiction over network transaction disputes.The network transaction disputes include network transaction contract disputes and online transaction infringement disputes.This article first introduced the overview of online transaction contract disputes and online transaction infringement disputes,and the application of general jurisdiction research in the network field.Then through the analysis of China's jurisdiction over the status of network transaction disputes,and with the above conclusions,an appropriate strategy for China's online transaction jurisdiction model is established.
