Studies On The Implication And Cultivation Of The Justice In Socialist Core Values

In unswervingly advancing the great construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,it is significant to strengthen the cultivation of socialist core values and promote a more harmonious and beautiful society.Justice is one of the most important dimensions of the social aspect of the socialist core values.It is a profound theoretical explanation and a higher new requirement for the social justice issue under the realistic background that the party and the state are constantly deepening the reform,the contradiction is prominent and the social injustice is frequent.But what is justice in the core values of socialism? What kind of content and pursuit of value does it contain? And how can we make the fair implementation of the socialist core values? These are all problems that need to be discussed in depth.Therefore,this paper studies the three aspects of the theoretical evolution of the socialist core values: the just evolution of the theory,the theoretical interpretation of the socialist core values and the strategy of fair cultivation in the socialist core values.The first chapter is the evolution of the fair theory in the socialist core values.This chapter combs along the development of the theory of justice at all times and in all countries to mine Chinese justice thought in the traditional culture,to analyze the justice tradition in western society,to explore the theoretical orientation of socialist justice which Marx,Engels,and Lenin have made,and to explore the inheritance and development of socialist justice to China Communist Party leaders.At last,on the basis of above study,this paper will make a definition on the connotation of the justice of socialist core values.The second chapter is to interpret the justice contained in the socialist core values.This chapter makes a further theoretical interpretation of the justice in the socialist core values from three aspects: the analysis of internal content,the external logic relevance and the value orientation.First of all,the socialist core values of justice has the complete inherent content set,from which the right justice is the starting point,fair opportunity is the key,and the fairness of rules is the guarantee.Secondly,in the socialist core values,justice,which logically related to the other values from the nation,society and individual,is the core value element.Finally,in the socialist core values,justice depends on the inherent requirements of Chinese socialism,which is the value orientation.Justice is the spiritual impetus to promote the personal and social development,the value standard to regularize China socialism,and also the value orientation of constructing Chinese socialism.The third chapter is a fair cultivation strategy in the socialist core values.This chapter mainly put forward a just cultivation strategy from three aspects of the socialist core values.We must first lay a solid social foundation for cultivation,which is to promote the healthy and sustainable development of economy and the improvement of the socialist democracy,strengthen the socialist legal construction,and innovate the management system of social justice;secondly,to develop the path of the socialist core values of justice nurture,to strengthen moral education for internalizing it to heart,and to integrate the socialist justice behavior for making it on line;finally,to build fair atmosphere of socialist core values' cultivation,to promote the socialist ecological justice,and carry forward the socialist cultural fair.
