As the top-level design of the national supervision system,National supervision system reform is a major reform measure to improve the national anti-corruption mechanism.By integrating all the anti-corruption resources and forces,and summarize the construction and practical experience of the rule of law scientifically,to form a new anti-corruption system.The reform of the National supervision system change our supervision system from "party-administrative supervision" to "party-state supervision",which makes all public officials under supervision.With the changes of the supervision system and the improvement of the social democratic rule of law,the supervision objects are constantly changing.The improvement of the related problems of the supervision object is the basis of the sound supervision of legal system in China.As an important part of the supervision system,the supervision object is the direction of the supervision work,while is often ignored and the special research insufficiency absence.As the national supervision system reform is steadily pushing forward,the 19 th congress made major policy decisions and and also pay more attention to the supervisory object gradually.this article will focus on the protection of rights and interests of the supervision object to do research under this background.This article mainly studies the protection of the legal rights and interests of the state supervision object from four parts.In the first part,after analyzing the necessity of ensuring the rights and interests of the supervisory objects,we elaborate on the current state of legislation of the national supervision law on the protection of the rights and interests of the supervisory objects.The second part,respectively from the substantive rights and interests of the procedural rights and interests of the supervision of the existing problems and the reasons for the analysis of the reasons.The third part introduces the experience of the protection of the rights and interests of foreign supervision objects and the enlightenment to our country.In the fourth part,thecorresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in view of the related issues related to the protection of the rights and interests of the supervisory objects.It is hoped that it can contribute to the protection of the rights and interests of the supervision objects,and make the supervision and guarantee equal and fully guarantee the legitimate rights and interests of the supervision objects.
