A Youth Education For Young Offenders And Correcting Problems Research

In recent years,the problem of juvenile delinquency has become more and more serious in the world.It has become a serious social problem in the world and has become a serious social problem in the world,which has become one of the three major "public hazards" in the world,including environmental pollution and drug dissemination.Therefore,juvenile delinquency is becoming increasingly prominent.It is of great significance to strengthen the education and correction of minors,to improve the quality of juvenile offenders' reform,to urge them to become law-abiding citizens as soon as possible,and to avoid committing crimes again,which is of great significance to the realization of the purpose of punishment and to the stability of social order.Under the guidance of the theory of comprehensive governance,this paper studies the current situation of juvenile education and correction in Guangdong Province,and understands the present situation of juvenile delinquency and the reasons for its formation by using the empirical investigation method.The effective ways and methods to perfect juvenile crime education and correction are put forward.Through the investigation,it is found that at present,the juvenile offenders education correction in Guangdong Province is outdated,the method is single,and the evaluation standard of juvenile offender education correction is not scientific.Insufficient funds for reform restrict the effect of juvenile delinquents' education and treatment and the quality of police to be improved.The main reasons for the problems in juvenile education correction are as follows: the defects of legislation lead to the rigidity of reform mode.The negative influence of prison subculture,the dislocation of prison function and the lack of effective social support system.Finally,the author puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the correction of juvenile education.It mainly includes: perfecting the educational correction system and laws and regulations of juvenile criminals,guiding juvenile delinquents to carry out self-management and education,innovating the contents,methods and means of juvenile education correction.Improve the comprehensive quality of discipline police and build a comprehensive management system of juvenile criminals education and correction.
