The Research Of Supervision Legal System Of Rural Bank In China

Rural Bank is a product of the combination of Inclusive Finance and China's reality.Its purpose is to serve for “Agriculture,Rural Areas and Farmers”,and increase rural financial supply,provide farmers with credit services and financial products that suit their needs,so as to implement the Strategy of Rural Revitalization and the Basic Strategy for Accurate Poverty Alleviation.China's rural bank is a special type of commercial bank that requires a set of supervision legal system that is different from ordinary commercial bank.In practice,due to the lack of understanding of the characteristic of rural bank,regulators still adopt standards of general commercial bank.At present,the supervision legal system of rural bank has several problems,such as backward regulatory concepts,unclear regulatory bodies,obscure regulatory standards,and imperfect internal supervision mechanisms.All of them don't meet the development of rural bank in China.Therefore,there is an urgent need to establish corresponding supervision legal system based on the nature and characteristics of rural bank.Based on the experiences of the regulatory legislation of the U.S.Community Bank and the Grameen Country Bank of Bangladesh,this article puts forward suggestions for improving supervision legal system of rural bank in China.Based on China's national conditions and the characteristics of rural bank,it should follow new requirements of improving regulatory laws and regulations and updating regulatory concept.Besides,regulators should clarify regulatory bodies,establish regulatory standards,improve supervision methods,and improve internal supervision mechanisms to ensure the sustainable development of rural bank.
