Conflict And Resolution To The Multinational Criminal Jurisdiction Of Cyber Crime

As technology developed quickly,people get more and more familiar with the Internet technology.While the Internet technology developed and people made huge use of it,some trouble occurred due to the uncertain cyberspace which influenced the economy and safety of the entire society,though it did accelerate social progress.The cyberspace being rather fictitious and of great transmissibility,committing a crime through cyberspace is much more concealed than traditional crime.In the meantime,it is free from geographic restrictions,which makes it very tough to ascertain the jurisdiction over cyberspace with the traditional theory of criminal jurisdiction,so network crime does cause a lot of problems in legislation and judicial for our country.The text analyzed and discussed the determination of criminal jurisdiction of cyber-crime in 5 parts.The first part introduced the definition and the characteristics of cyber-crime and made basic explanations of crime.The following parts analyzed the problems and difficulties of the cyber criminal jurisdiction and the factors that influenced the determination of criminal jurisdiction of cyber-crime.In the end,I put forward some ways to solve the problems of the conflict of cyber criminal jurisdiction,sincerely wish to help determine it in a way.
