Analyses Confirm That Criminal Procedure Mode Of Our Country

The evasion of forensic identification by criminal victims is a matter of lesser concern in judicial practice,but it does exist in practice.This behavior has different degree of impact on the criminal justice entity and procedure,and has the negative influence which cannot be ignored.The purpose of this paper is to identify the problem and to study the solution to the problem,thereby promoting the establishment of a more authoritative and efficient criminal litigation system.This paper starts with the specific case,and puts forward the phenomenon that the criminal victim avoids the forensic identification,and points out the negative influence caused by it.On this basis,combining with the criminal litigation status of the victim,forensic face the reality of the problem,and starting from the value goal of criminal lawsuit,the criminal victims to escape the conduct of the forensic from quantitative to qualitative analysis,In this paper,the author puts forward the countermeasures to avoid the combination of "blocking" and "sparse".In the process of writing,the author used historical analysis,empirical research and other methods,It analyzes the real crux of the behavior and tries to clarify the context in theory,This paper puts forward the idea of perfect system,which has strong pertinence and maneuverability.
