Study Of The Supervision Commission's Investigative Power

Investigative power is an important tool for the newly formed National Supervision Commission.The investigation power comes from a reorganization of the original anti-corruption agency,including the CCP's supervision organization,the administrative supervision and the public persecution,together they formed a muti-layered power of investigation.This article try to look into the complexity of the muti-layered power of investigation,particular the structure,the law and the check and balance of the power.Then the article exams the reason that cause uncertainty of the running of the power,from the unclear nature of the supervision power to the unclear of the nature of the investigative power.Under these conditions,the article suggested certain measures to continue to guarantee an effective yet lawful and human rights protecting from of investigative power running.
