Improvement On People's Mediation System In Medical Disputes

In recent years,doctor-patient disputes have frequently occurred in China,and medical disputes have become the focus of social concern and the difficulty of social management.The effective resolution of medical disputes plays an important role in maintaining a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients,promoting the construction of safe hospitals,ensuring medical safety,and building a socialist harmonious society.The exploration and improvement of the people's mediation system for medical disputes is particularly necessary.At this stage,most people's cities and cities in China set up people's mediation committees for medical disputes.A considerable number of cities have already concluded a model suitable for their own development.However,from the point of view of the implementation of the people's mediation system.There are still some problems in the main body of mediation,mediation procedures,and the effectiveness of mediation,which need to be further improved on the basis of summarizing existing experiences.It is necessary to increase the professionalism of the mediation subject,ensure the neutrality of the mediation subject,remedy the absence of legal mediation procedures,enhance the flexibility of mediation procedures,ensure the neutrality of the mediation process,and make the mediation system of medical disputes conform to the times through the adjustment of regional jurisdiction.The need for development ensures that the effectiveness of mediation is finally achieved.This article is divided into three parts for discussion.In the first part,the author introduced the concept and status quo of the medical disputes and people disputes system of medical disputes.It elaborated the current people dispute mediation system of medical disputes from the four aspects of mediation,mediation procedures,mediation scope and mediation effectiveness.In the second part,the author compared the people's mediation system of medical disputes in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei,Yunnan,Jining,Shandong,and Shaodong,Hunan,through data retrieval comparisons.Based on the specific situation of the author's job in Shantou City,the author analyzed the medical disputes of the people in China.Problems with the system.The third part is based on the above research and analysis,and proposes some exploratory suggestions on the improvement of the people's mediation system for medical disputes from the three aspects of mediation principals,mediation procedures,and mediation effectiveness.
