Military Air Force Station usually belongs to combat division brigade,flight training colleges or scientific research institutions,which is the direct bearer and support force of various logistics in the war training tasks.As the core part of the works undertook by Aviation Station,flight support is a set of multi-disciplinary and multi-collaborative workflow.In the trend of constructing digital Aviation Station,the informatization research of flight logistic support has important practical significance.One of the important means of aviation terminal information construction is to set up a logistic system for flight support,which meets the requirements of different support tasks and different implementation object,which is also helpful to guide the change of flight support mode.According to current trend of aviation terminal informationization,the information management system designed by this paper is given priority to flight logistic support,which also includes internal military affairs and daily office,through the analysis of the characteristics of information entities,such as officers,equipment,and data files,this system,based on the existing information network structure and hardware foundation.This system was developed by the WEB application in B/S structure,based on MVC and Ajax,programmed in C# language,used Visual Studio Microsoft 2013 as a system development platform,and Server SQL 2012 as data storage.This system includes five function modules: flight support,integrated management,office management,data management and system set up;three rights category: Chief-on-duty(manager),command staff and the grass-roots,which sets up functional distribution restrictions correspondingly for different users.According to secret-related degree and secrecy requirements of system data,this system is processed in hybrid encryption based on DES,AES and RSA in the DBMS outer layer,in which Login validation is realized by adding a random Salt value of DES encryption,and in which the five sensitive information field in the flight support plan and the officers' personnel data is encrypted based on AES and RSA.All of these mentioned above can effectively improve the technical means of confidential work in aviation station.Through the design and implementation of the function that users have no right to delete or tamper with the operation log records,this system can effectively guarantee that the staff participate the business process according to law.After the completion of the system development,we run function test and performance test in the actual application environment of aviation station.The results show that the anastomosis of the logic design and the actual workflow is realized,the function of each module is basically processed,the main performance parameters is better than the estimate value,and the effect of hybrid encryption can achieve the desired objectives.
