Study On Our Country's Legal Regulation Of Children's Drug Safety

Drug safety events especially children's drug safety events occur repeatedly in our country recent years,which cause social people's widesoread debates.It is a very necessary and meaningful point to study legal regulation on children's drug safety of our country.Through these methods of literature research,interdisciplinary research,normative analysis and comparative analysis,this paper first analyzes some basic theory about the definition of the drugs,children's drug safety,drug safety,children's drug safety;this paper second analyzes our country's problems and reasons of children's drug safety about such as using children's drug no reasonably,the safety circulation environment of children's drug,the quality of children's drug;this paper then discusses our country legal regulation's status quo on children's drug safety;this paper makes it clear that our country has formed a laws and regulations system of drugs,where the drug administration law is a core and major legal to regulate our country children's drug safety;this paper points our country regulation 's defects of children's drug safety about the regulation's department on children's drug,the research and development on children's drug,the quality standards on children's drug,the recall on children's drug.This paper inspects and refers foreign country especially U.S.and E.U.' s experiences and practices on the legal regulation of children's drug,then concludes that perfect our country's laws and regulations system of children's drug safety centering ourcountry's drug administration law.In the end,in order to perfect our country's drug administration law,this paper put four respects such as regulation's department on children's drug,the research and development on children's drug,the quality standards on children 's drug,the recall on children's drug.
