With the improvement and development of Internet technology,mankind entered the information society,especially experienced many times of information explosion,coupled with the progress and development of cloud computing,cloud storage and other high-end science and technology,human society into the era of big data.In the context of large data,data showing explosive growth,the computer is also growing in processing data,in order to meet the new demand analysis,data better application,members of society actively collect,use and depth of mining potential data.However,when people make full use of the advantages of big data,consumer privacy has been infringed frequently,which makes consumer privacy protection more and more important.At present,under the background of big data,consumers through the network platform for a variety of online shopping,banking transactions and browsing records all about the privacy of personal information can be recorded,and can be converted into useful data and use analysis,forecast,currently applied to the data processing technology in the relevant information and not to its classification,causing consumer privacy and other information are mixed with each other,and the law has not related to consumer privacy act make clear requirements or restrictions,so that consumers' privacy is disclosed extraction,whenever and wherever possible exposure,consumer privacy is facing many problems,in terms of legal protection for example: lack of special legislation to protect the operation;legal protection is not strong;difficult to define the tort of the people;Law enforcement and application lag,etc.,this series of problems have seriously affected the protection of consumer privacy.On this basis,this paper under the background of big data privacy protection of consumers as the goal,analyzing the existing consumer privacy issues: open data are in conflict with consumer privacy protection;the scope of violations of consumer privacy difficult to define the civil law protection;there is a certain lag in the application and implementation.In view of the above problems,this article from the legislative and executive,establish and perfect the consumer privacy law should strengthen the role of consumer privacy and the establishment of model discipline to protect the privacy of consumers of the countermeasures and suggestions of strengthening the protection of consumer privacy,so as to better protect their privacy,safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.
