The resolution of disputes and disputes is a permanent and eternal proposition in the development of human society,and the importance of this proposition is becoming more and more important in the contemporary China,which is increasingly frequent in interpersonal mobility and increasingly prominent in interest disputes.The transformation of social structure and the adjustment of interest structure have made the original dispute settlement mechanism change greatly,and the mechanism of comprehensive mediation and arbitration has been degraded to a certain extent.However,with the development of social and economic,litigation has shown an explosive growth trend,which greatly exacerbated the pressure of the court cases,and the loss of personnel is serious.Therefore,this article is to clarify the theoretical connotation and value significance of the diversification of the solution mechanism,to demonstrate the necessity and urgency of the implementation of the diversified mechanism for dispute resolution.On this basis,we further analyze the existing problems in the practical operation of the diversified mechanism for dispute resolution in China,and choose the online dispute resolution mechanism as a typical case study of the autonomous development of the diversified mechanism for dispute resolution in China.And through the discussion of the diversified design of litigation procedure and the integration of multiple dispute resolution mechanism,the role of the judicial organs in the political structure and social governance of the state and the network of non litigation dispute settlement mechanism are perfected,so as to improve and develop the solution mechanism of diversification.
