At present,China’s society is constantly developing rapidly,and the consequent social contradictions are also upgrading.The situation of public security is becoming more and more complex.At this time,the people’s police,a group with special mission,are particularly important in maintaining social order and protecting the people’s life and property security.The nature of its work determines that the people’s police often face a variety of complex illegal and illegal events,but in a large number of police activities,the police’s own rights and interests often can not be effectively protected,the status of survival is worrying.This paper analyzes the present situation,causes and the connotation of the law enforcement rights and interests of the police in China,and understands the relatively imperfect or even weak links in the system of protecting the rights and interests of the police law enforcement in our country.The use of analysis points out that the situation of the police in the enforcement of the enforcement of the violence is more prominent,often faced with a variety of personal attacks and even death threats,a large number of police activities also make a lot of police work.Under the condition of overloaded work,the physical and mental health of Chinese policemen has been greatly affected.Through learning from the countries in common law and continental law system to protect the protection of the rights and interests of police law enforcement,this paper proposes to strengthen the protection of the rights and interests of police law enforcement by improving the judicial application and laws and regulations.
