To Delve The Legislative Technology Of Tang Code

The aim of this paper is delving the system of legislative technology of Tang Code.Chinese legal system had several thousand years history,had excellent legislative technology,especially for Tang Code.So,it should be on the base of previous researching,to create the theory,to find the experience,to get new concept,to offer for reference,to continue the studying steps of Tang Code,to show Chinese ethics,to research the miracle of the legislative technology of Tang Code.The construction of this paper has five chapters,and divided two parts.The first part includes the first chapter to the second chapter,there are the legislative technology theory and experience of Tang Code;the second part included the third chapter to the fifth chapter,there are realistic contents of legislative technology of Tang Code.The procedure of this paper is under background of legislative theory,using the methodology of philosophy,and focus on the angle of the system of legislative technology.The researching methods of this paper are legislative method,literature retrieval method,historical research method,comparable research method,inductive research method,deductive research method,bibliographical research method,classification research method,Chinese exegetic science research method,rhetoric research method,graphic research method and comprehensive research method.The conclusion of this paper is under the background of the legislative technology,to find out the common part between legal science and tool science,from the special angle to delve the Tang Code,to get the values of legislative technology of theory and experience.
