| Overall and strict management of the Party,the word "overall" took the lead,there should be no blind area or gray middle zone.The strategy of overall and strict management of the Party was carried out in the whole country,and the effect is remarkable.But the strategy of overall and strict management of the Party in the area of poverty,minority concentrated region,it is worthy of our attention.This paper chooses a remote frontier minority area of Yunnan Province as the research object.Through the form of questionnaire survey to collect the views of the people in the region on the effectiveness of Xi Jinping's overall and strict management of the Party's strategy in the region.In this way,we can understand the development effect and new problems faced by Xi Jinping's overall and strict management of the Party in the area of "poverty,minority concentrated region",and to provide empirical materials for the implementation of Overall and strict management of the Party to all aspects of party building.In view of this,this article is based on the theory of Xi Jinping's overall and strict management of the Party,this paper through the method of document research,sorted out and summarized accordingly the necessity of forming and developing Xi Jinping's thought of overall and strict management of the Party at this stage,and it's seven aspects,namely,Political Construction,Ideological Construction,Organizational Construction,Style Construction,Discipline Construction,Anti-corruption Construction and System Construction,and the connotation of the overall and strict administration of the Party and the characteristics of the evaluation of the subject and object of the comprehensive strict administration of the Party.And taking this as the theoretical basis,through the questionnaire survey,we know the macro overall effectiveness of the strict party governing measures in the M County of Yunnan province since the eighteen major: the overall political ecological environment is obviously improved,the overall and strict management of the Party by the respondents is high,but there are still some problems.The main manifestation is that the respondents' overall cognition of Xi Jinping's overall and strict management of the Party is relatively high,but the overall coverage has not yet been achieved,it has a high degree of recognition for the necessity of overall and strict management of the Party,but there are certain doubts as to whether it can be effectively implemented,and it is generally optimistic about the future development overall and strict management of the Party strictly and foresees the existing resistance.From the microcosmic concrete work results,the respondents had a high evaluation of the effectiveness of the five aspects of overall and strict management of the Party,but not very satisfied with some of the results.Through investigation and study,we can find that the evaluation of the effectiveness of the specific work of the party is closely related to the individual education,professional and political features of the sample,and it is also closely related to the low comprehensive quality of the local population,the lagged level of economic development and the complex ethnic and religious problems.At the end of this paper,some practical suggestions are put forward on the practical level: We should work to strengthen the ideologically and politically construction,earnestly promoting the construction of anti-corruption and clean government.To continuously and deeply improve the style of work,constructing the virtuous interaction mechanism of the thought building party and the system governing the party,strengthening the Party's Organizational Construction,strive to improve the cultural quality of the population,persisting in keeping the work of the Central Committee and the Party Building going hand in hand,and properly handle ethnic issues in a reasonable and proper manner. |
