Grassroots Cadres’ Promotion Of Literacy In Minority Areas

China is a multi-ethnic country, ethnic and border areas in the West are more than half. The development status of minority areas is related to the prosperity of the whole country. As the backbone of the construction of minority areas, the basic level cadres in minority areas directly affect the development process of the ethnic minority areas. With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, the process of socialist modernization in the minority areas to further accelerate the situation, the basic level cadres of ethnic areas have also made new demands. Grassroots cadres must keep up with the pace of development of the times, and constantly improve their theoretical literacy at the same time, but also to improve the level of service for the people, and strive to keep pace with the times.In this paper, the cooperative city grassroots cadres as the research and survey, in order to grassroots cadres theoretical literacy as a research perspective, the cooperation of 201 grass-roots cadres to carry out a thorough investigation.Expected to the status of cooperation, grassroots cadres theoretical knowledge learned from the analysis results, so as to find out main reason of influence cooperative city grass-roots cadres theoretical knowledge, and carries on the analysis, and propose effective countermeasures, to provide reference to enhance the national grass-roots cadres theoretical knowledge.This paper is divided into four parts:The first chapter mainly discusses the significance of improving the theoretical quality of grassroots cadres in ethnic minority areas.The second chapter mainly discusses the basic theory of the basic level cadres in minority areas, based on the analysis of the current situation of the grass-roots level cadres in the cooperative city.The third chapter mainly discusses the current situation of the cooperation of the basic level cadres in the city. Including the investigation of the basic situation of the region and the cooperation of the basic level cadres of the theoretical analysis of the status quo.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the current situation of the analysis of the problems and its analysis, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the improvement of the theoretical quality of the grass-roots cadres in the cooperative city.
