The Game Of The CPC And The KMT's Public Voice On The Question Of The Soviet Army's Withdraw

The withdrawal of Soviet Union troop from the Northeast of China was a significant event for the Communist Party and Kuomintang on the interest of the Northeast during the early post-war period.The two sides have their own interests in the northeast.The Kuomintang established its dominance in Northeast by force,while the Communist Party tried to march towards Northeast to enhance its power.In the withdrawal of Soviet troops,the two sides have stacked up against each other a lot in terms of military,political and public opinion for nine months.At present,research and study on this issue pay more attention to the military,political and diplomatic aspects.However,few researches conducted on public opinion propaganda of two sides.This article will take their party newspapers,the kuomintang party's “Central Daily News,and the Communist Party of China's "Liberation Daily" as perspective.This paper analyzes the public opinion of the two sides for this event coverage,public opinion propaganda characteristics and strategies,and different reasons of their contents.Combining with their northeast strategy after the war,the paper further discusses the kuomintang retreated Soviet public opinion in the process of game.Public opinions are served for the politics.Game of public opinion is closely related to their respective interests,to their fighting for getting public support and to the enhancement of their strength.The result of the game influences their struggle about occupying the northeast.The article divides into four parts to discuss the public opinion game between the two sides in Soviet army retreat.The first part discusses reasons of the public opinion game of two sides,mainly analyzes the Soviet army withdrawal northeast,the importance of party newspaper of Kuomintang and the communist party of China.The second part talks about the content of public opinion report from two sides through the analysis of different specific events from the report central journal and the liberation daily in the Soviet withdrawal,and then discusses the link between the reported public opinion and the Soviet withdrawal.The third part is about the game strategy and characteristics of the public opinion from two sides,and makes a comparative analysis of their respective publicity strategies and their respective propaganda characteristics.The fourth part discusses reasons of different public opinion propaganda,mainly from the following three aspects: the interests of the parties and class position,northeast strategy of two sides,development and change of international and domestic environment.Kuomintang's the northeast strategy and the link between the two parties of publicity will be emphasized.Soviet retreat is an important event that influences the occupation of northeast between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party of Chins during the early post-war period.Analyzing the Soviet withdrawal from two sides' public opinion game can not only make us learn more about opinion of the incident report,but also to explore the interests of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party of China in northeast through their publicity and game.
