Study On Family Cold Violence And Its Counter Measures

The basic composition of home is a social cell,is our life's post and sheltered harbour,family for personal health of body and mind development,career development and daily interpersonal is of decisive significance.A healthy and happy family is closely related to a harmonious and stable society.With the rapid development of our country's social economy,the progress of science and technology is changing rapidly,and the social division of labor is becoming more and more detailed.The role that people play in society is more intense and anxious.At present,the family "cold violence" is gradually becoming a widespread social phenomenon and indisputable fact,in the marriage and family issues become increasingly prominent.Therefore,in order to enhance the understanding of the dangers of domestic "cold violence",we will attaches great importance to the phenomenon of "cold violence" from the concept,so as to improve the adjustment ability of family members,the better the construction of a harmonious family,eventually realize the free and full development of people.This article is divided into three parts,the first part is mainly on the basis of the domestic "cold violence" concept to define and analyze its characteristics and theoretical basis of interpretation,the domestic "cold violence" separated from the broad domestic violence and compared with the traditional hot violence,which has been clear about the object of study,this paper clarify cold violence in society on all levels of health and personal growth,family harmony happiness and peace and stability of the society,to emphasize the study of domestic "cold violence" problems of importance;The second part analyzes the domestic "cold violence" in China with frequent performance,damage,and from the Angle of ethical social,economic,cultural,legal,onthe analysis of the reason,as a result of the domestic "cold violence" confidentiality and diversity,and put forward the "cold violence" from multi-angle view family this social phenomenon;The third part mainly discusses the concrete countermeasures of dealing with the domestic "cold violence",the author from the perspective of historical materialism,improve personal quality,set up the correct family values,give full play to the role of the family,at the same time to build up the rescue and perfect laws and regulations of social institutions and play a role in several measures of social morality.Therefore,the author in the field visits,case analysis and combined with the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars,based on the problem of domestic "cold violence" from multiple perspectives for a more comprehensive and systematic research.In response to the measures,the author puts forward that the "cold violence" of the family is seriously destructive to the family and society.On the other hand to be based on historical materialism and the basic idea of the integrated use of the role of the family and society's development,institutional guarantee,such as multiple solutions,depth excavation from households to the essence of man to "cold violence" human development and family inner link,to understand and meet family of cold violence provides a new perspective.
