A Study On The Strategy Of Rural Rejuvenation From The Perspective Of Human's All-round Development

The theory of human's all-round development is put forward by Marx on the basis of summing up the practical experience and theory.Its main contents include the all-round development of human's needs,human's ability,human's social relations and human's personality.The practice of the theory of human's all-round development cannot be separated from the high development of productivity,the elimination of the old division of labor and the cause of education Revitalization.After Marxism was introduced into China,the Communist Party of China formed the thought of all-round development of human beings in different social and historical stages according to the national conditions and from reality: Mao Zedong proposed the goal of all-round development of “morality,intelligence and physique”,Deng Xiaoping proposed the theory of building “Four Haves” new people,Jiang Zemin enriched the connotation of all-round development of human beings,Hu Jintao put forward the“people-oriented”Scientific Outlook on Development and Xi Jinping's exposition on youth development contains the ideals and beliefs of man's all-round development.These theories have absorbed the essence of Marx's theory of all-round development and incorporated the collective wisdom of the Communists,pointing out the goals and directions for the policies and policies of the party and the country in all periods.In the nineteen major reports of the party,Xi Jinping put forward the strategy of revitalizing the countryside for the first time in order to better satisfy the people's yearning for a better life in the new era.The main contents include “industrial prosperity,livable ecology,civilized rural style,effective governance and rich life”.At present,we should guide the Rural Revitalization with the Marxist theory of the all-round development of human beings.The Rural Revitalization first needs the improvement of the quality of farmers,and the free and all-round development of farmers can provide impetus support and talent guarantee for the Rural Revitalization.At present,the overall quality of farmers is still unable to meet the requirements of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.This paper discusses the problems existing in the Rural Revitalization Strategy from five aspects: the overall level of farmers' scientific and technological quality is not high,the ideological and moral quality of farmers is weakened,the awareness of farmers' ecological environment protection is lack,the awareness of farmers' subjectivity is not strong,and the quality of the team of the“two committees”of the village is not uniform.The main reasons are that the rural education system and rural economic development are relatively backward,theideological and cultural construction in rural areas is relatively weak,the construction of rural ecological environment is lagging behind,the guarantee measures to stimulate the awareness of farmers' subjectivity are lack,and the quality of the “two committees”team is uneven.In order to improve the quality of farmers and promote the strategy of rural revitalization,we should focus on the following aspects:revitalizing the rural economy,providing the material basis for the development of farmers,improving the rural education system,providing a good education environment for the development of farmers,protecting the ecological environment,providing a good ecological environment for production and development,improving the awareness of farmers,maintaining the status of farmers as the main body,and building the countryside Village talent team,provide “two committees” support.
