| As the Internet and new media continue to grow,the traditional media is fading,and one of the main reasons is that traditional media rights are constantly being violated,thereby losing its content.In view of that current situation,media pay attention to press Copyrights unceasingly,as the media form is constantly evolve,the traditional media tries to protect the right of the press without interruption,and makes a certain new attempt to defend the value of the content,and to advance the transformation and development of the media step by step.This paper focus on the traditional news media copyright and copyright protection action,carding the evolution of news copyright issues,it summarized as crisis incubation period,the period of crisis and crisis upheaval period three parts,the relationship between subject and object of different periods in the news the copyright and the response of the traditional media are analyzed.Afterwards,the author dissected the reasons for the failure of the traditional media copyright protection action mode,and sorted out the successful experience of the west for reference of traditional media in China.In addition,the author selected the Beijing news as a representative of mass media and Caixin media as a professional media representative,and analyzed the copyright management of these two kinds of media in copyright protection actions,thus extracting practical experience.The core of traditional media’s defense and attention to news copyright is the exploration of media transformation.The preservation of the copyright,the uniqueness of the original content,to demonstrate the value of its content,to survive in the current media environment.So the author thinks that the news copyright protection have a crucial impact on future media transformation,it will promote the traditional media content system upgrade,promote the development of traditional media to explore new business mode,make the media from the layout of business development for the copyright management.To form an industrial value chain centered on content,all kinds of chain products need to be filled with content to reflect value,thus promoting media convergence. |
