Research On Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Issues Based On Social Media

Selecting 556 articles of sexual abuse prevention issues from social media platform in 2017 as the main object of study,this article studies from the three perspectives of the main subject of communication,the persuasive method of communication and the content of communication,content analysis and text analysis are used to study the issue of child sexual abuse prevention in six dimensions: subject type,appeal method,prevention type,content source,publication time,and presentation form.Studies have found that child-rearing and pan-information media have an advantage in the spread of CSA prevention issues in We Chat.The main prevention topics of these communication subjects are concerned about are as follows: administrative,judicial responsibility prevention,education prevention,family protection,institution prevention,and community prevention.Among them,education prevention is the focus of the report,followed by administrative,judicial responsibility prevention and family protection.Study found that the shortcomings of spread is as follows: First,the government in the process of CSA prevention issues judicial/administrative responsibility.However,because of weak influence,it didn't play out these functions.Second,news media organization and self-media about culture,reading and parenting class are mainly responsible for the consequences of failure to prevent sexual abuse,tracking reports on these consequences,discussing the reasons and exposing the truth nature.But the same issues in the process of transmission lacked innovation.Third,social institutions,focusing on providing professional knowledge of child sexual abuse prevention and education prevention,did not play its due advocacy power due to its weak communication force,it.Besides,there are other shortages like insufficient content spreading and attention to the legislative protection,mechanism of supervision and prevention in the administrative,judicial responsibility as well as the "out of focus" state of community prevention basic.The experience in the open governance of CSA in foreign countries is as follows: in South Korea,different communication bodies formed an advocacy alliance to promote the formation of the law;India used the celebrity effect to influence the bill;In the United States,the clients called for a bill.By analyzing the shortages of CSA prevention issues the status quo and experience from foreign public issue,this paper argues that in the future spread on CSA prevention,the following issues should be focused: first,in the spread of the main body,advocating the spread form linkage mechanism.Second,in the dissemination of content,focusing on judicial and administrative responsibility prevention;Using the real cases reported by media as persuasive evidence to promote effective spread;In the process of spread,we should also pay attention to the consistent "consent".Thirdly,in the dissemination of presentation,focusing on visual communication,and using video to spread the present form.Finally,we should also pay attention to a special audience,rural Internet users.
