Real estate registration is a kind of unique registration mechanism,the purpose is to maintain the real right as the registration of claims,claims to the effect of creditor's rights to the property he row,transferred to the "real" level,and truly protect the rights of their own rights and interests.And it is of great and profound significance to establish a good trading environment and perfect the registration system of real estate in a stable market.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the improvement of the registration system of real estate in China.First of all,through the analysis of China's real estate registration system concept,nature,value and function of legislation,pointed out that China's real estate real estate registration system notice situation and existing problems,and with the help of some typical cases to present problems in this field,referring to foreign legislation,suggestions in order to improve the real estate registration system flexibility,applicable scope,procedures,and effectively perform its functions,the real legal problem becomes clearer.
